4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you wish to cancel a COD order, please do so before dispatch by contacting us through the details on the Website. If a COD order is returned to us undelivered because you refused or failed to accept delivery without a valid reason, the actual cost of return shipping will be deducted from any future refund or credit, or invoiced separately. We will not pursue disproportionate action for a single COD refusal; however, repeated refusals may result in restriction of COD facility on your account.

Note: Legal proceedings will only be initiated in exceptional circumstances involving systematic abuse or fraud, not for ordinary order cancellations.

If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of District & Sessions Court, Hapur, District – Hapur (U.P.)

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, pandemics, acts of government, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or failures of third-party infrastructure. In such events, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer appropriate remedies, including order cancellation and refund.

14. General Provisions
