Refund & Returns Policy

  1. Our Promise

At Tungnath Honey, every jar leaves our hands with care. If something is not right, we will make it right — quickly, fairly, and without fuss. Please read this policy so you know exactly what to expect.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

 

  • The item arrives in a damaged, broken, or defective condition.
  • The outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery — please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
  • You received the wrong product or quantity.

Products damaged through normal use, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

 

All return requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

We issue a Return Authorisation number within 1 business day

Use our return instructions; we cover shipping for defective items

Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return

If the item was delivered in a broken or defective condition, we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

 

  1. Refund Methods & Timelines

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used at checkout:

 

  • Debit / Credit Card (including Mastercard): Refunded to your card within 5-7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary by your bank.
  • Bank Transfer / Online Banking: Refunded directly to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
  • Cheque or Demand Draft (DD): A cheque will be issued (not a DD) and posted to your registered billing address. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for postal delivery.

Please note: Tungnath Honey is not responsible for delays caused by your card-issuing bank once the refund has been dispatched on our end. If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.

  1. Non-Eligible Situations

We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following cases:

 

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery (drops, spills, or improper storage).
  • Return requests raised more than 7 days after the delivery date.
  • Items returned without a valid Return Authorisation (RA) number.
  • Change-of-mind returns (unless required by applicable law in your region).
