THE WILD FOREST HONEY

Raw and unpasteurized wild forest honey. The honey’s floral unique flavor profile is due to the diverse rain forest environment – Tungnath Himalayan Range in himachal – source its nectar.

This unique honey has potent health benefits including its high concentration of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory agents and antibacterial compounds. It is an extremely rare honey that is hand harvested in small batches by indigenous honey collectors who use traditional, low impact methods which minimize harm to the bee colonies.

Harvesting this unique wild honey is a challenging feat as the bees are wild and the hives are positioned at the very top of the forest canopy. The traditional honey harvesters often climb up into trees 30 meters tall to collect this rarest of nectar.
